- Shipment is by “Yu-pack”---postal package.
- You can assign time and date.
- Shipping cost and commission of cash on delivery is free when a price without tax is 10,000yen or more.
- Commission (250yen) is charged when using cash on delivery.
- We will ship items basically in two business days after receiving order.
When items are not in stock, we will email you scheduled shipping date.
- Within 7 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return items you purchased from us for a full refund if the return is a result of our error.
